Stop asking, “who's the best realtor?”

Every day, people across Spokane and Whitman County turn to social media and ask:

“Who's the best Realtor?”

And then it happens.

15 DMs.

Dozens of names.

And somehow… you're still left wondering who you should actually call. It's overwhelming. I'm going to help you fix that problem.

Because “Who's the best Realtor?” is the wrong question. The better question is:

“Who is the right Realtor for ME?”

The right Realtor should fit your property, your goals, your communication style, your timeline and your specific situation.

Buying your first home is different from selling acreage. Selling a traditional neighborhood home is different from marketing a rural property with land, a shop, a well or unique features.

Your Realtor should understand your transaction.

That's why I created this guide.

I want to give you the questions to ask, the answers to listen for and the red flags to watch for — so you can confidently choose the person representing one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

And I want you to do something else:

Use this guide to vet me, too.

I'm a rural-focused Realtor serving Spokane and Whitman Counties, with experience listing homes from approximately $409,500 to $1.13 million. But I don't expect you to hire me just because I tell you I'm a great fit.

Ask me the questions. Compare me. Interview me. Look at how I communicate and market properties. If I'm the right Realtor for your needs, I'd love the opportunity to earn your business. And if I'm not? I still want this guide to help you find the Realtor who is.

Because you don't need the Realtor who gets the most Facebook tags. You need the Realtor who's right for YOU.

Stop asking who's the best.
Start asking who's the right fit.

And let's be honest

Are you really going to vet all 47 names someone just dropped in the comments?

A comment thread can hand you fifty names in an hour. It can't hand you fifty vetted answers. Somebody still has to do the actual work — and it's a lot easier to run one real process on one or two candidates than to background-check an entire comment section.
